  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Combine all ingredients into your blender. Blend well until completely smooth.
